The Challenge:

• To implement one single, uniformed P2P platform in order to support the procurement team
• Requirement to integrate using  the existing finance systems for payments , auditing and reporting seamlessly through the whole management platform

What we did:

• Integrated a P2P suite with ability to consolidate data
• Enabled a process called spend management supporting  the procurement team to grasp tighter  control over company expenses.
• Set up development workshops implementing robust configurations regarding deployment
