What we did:

  • Performed a full audit showing usage volumes - drilled down to departmental levels
  • Introduced an initial trail monitoring  print activity along-side printing hardware reliability
  • Changed to one universal supplier who advised regarding new GDPR compliance regulatory guidelines, unifying the print fleet whilst aligning current services
  • Changed to one specific hardware supplier -  rolled out through the group offering accurate customer service levels with monthly maintenance procedures.
  • Introduced quarterly departmental reviews including departmental volume reports maximising future cost savings and business efficiencies .
