  • A surrender of the current lease was agreed, with a premium negotiated benefiting the tenant.
  • All dilapidations claims were avoided.
  • A new lease on larger premises was agreed with substantial financial incentives given.

The Benefits:

  • The business was able to move to new premise that were a better fit for their needs
  • Successfully negotiated reduction in the fit-out costs of the new premises.
  • An option was also agreed on the neighbouring space if required for future growth, thus future proofing the businesses space requirement longer term.
