  • Agreed the shape of client Production Management Framework and priorities
  • PT and Process Engineering supported in the field
  • Prioritised Well Surveillance & Well Testing
  • Prioritised pressure management in asset 2
  • Developed a data management / systems plan, including SCADA enhancement
  • A series of PtLsBlock a & b and asset 5
  • Revamped the weekly sub surface/operations meeting to become a weekly production review
  • Suite of production reports developed (& shared with the field)
