• To benchmark, review, improve and in some cases help build robust policies and processes.

• Completed RFQ / RFP exercise
• Implemented Rate card –meaning the business can not be overcharged even if request is immediate.
• Negotiated Agreement

• Reduced the client’s spend on the temporary, contractor, and consultant related expenditure.
• Achieved agency rate reductions of 33% per annum.
• Contract agreement gives flexibility to go outside of agreement without any risk / impact to the client.
