• The clients request was to Reduce Merchant Fees when processing debit and credit card transactions, where applicable, leverage group relationships.
• The group-wide structure needed to negotiate the best available market rates.
• Maintain or improve current SLAs

• We benchmarked 5 suppliers in order to reduce merchant fees and card transactions costs
• Building upon existing and new supplier relationships, negotiated new group-wide pricing structures
• Worked with the IT department aligning future migration strategies regarding dual supplier potential maintaining future cost efficiency
