The Challenge:

• The business had three leasehold offices internationally and was selling its Nordic office to a large accounting firm.

What we did:

• We ran the real estate work stream for the successful sale of the client’s Nordic office.
• We then reviewed the clients remaining two offices and the occupational options. This involved a full cost review with the current occupation and several options for exits of the leases.
• We managed the exit from their London office, which involved advising the client on a break option and then the project managing the lease exit and dilapidation claim settlement.
