  • Fixed line telecoms service requiring extensive upgrades, in need of increased levels of service and support
  • Components of the current network infrastructure maintained on a ‘like for like’ basis realigning the exiting service

  • Managed data connectivity needed regarding Co-Location services
  • Inbound and outbound Call Management services with call recording and storage using ISDN,PSTN and SIP connectivity

What we did:

  • Understood the current telecoms infrastructure whilst highlighting future proof products and services
  • Conducted a comprehensive benchmarking analysis which uncovered extensive cost savings
  • Undertook a RFQ-RFP exercise on behalf of the client to support of the initial benchmarking process.
  • Worked alongside the client negotiating with existing telecoms supplier reference the benchmarking results and potential changes
